   Tried to reply in the wave – but it does not let me. I am also trying to integrate wave into my blog and believe that it will be an interesting tool to improve my CRM.

     Hi Pascal – thanks for the feedback. Can you do me a favor and go to Google Wave, add yourself to this wave over there, then come back and try post your comment from this blog? I want to understand better what is not working and why.
